Lake O'Hara, a small town built in the winter of 1925-26 by the Canadian Pacific Railway. It sits comfortably in the mountains between Banff Springs and Lake Louise. Its a small town where almost everyone knows everyone. Until something changes.
A company called, Hope and Change moved into the small town and took over the old abandoned building that use to be the railway headquarters. Within a few weeks they had changed the building around and posted up around the town of a meeting. Which every member of the town attended, this is when they learnt of Hope and Change's plans for their small little town.
Within a year of the plans being let out, the town was now hosting a number of younger troubled youth. Hope and Change had opened a Psychiatric Hospital that was host to a number of rich families and the government. They would care for Juvenile's. and had medium and long term care help. They hosted a halfway house in the middle of town also, but no one had ever seen anyone use it.
They found that hiding the patients away helped out with keeping them controlled, and hidden away in the rocky mountains of Canada is the perfect place. But not everything is as perfect as Hope and Change likes to portray it as being. Come inside and see what they mean.
